Client’s Requirement:

The client had a collection of 30 websites and approached our ColorWhistle team to improve their speed, resolve performance issues, and handle maintenance tasks. We were given the responsibility of optimizing the websites, ensuring they deliver enhanced performance and an excellent user experience.

Process Followed:

For all website speed improvement projects, we follow a standard checklist, which we also applied in this project, Cairn Collection. As a priority, we took backups and screenshots of all 30 websites. Subsequently, we conducted a thorough speed test for the entire group of websites and recorded the speed percentages in an Excel sheet. Furthermore, we created a demo environment and actively engaged in various speed optimization activities.
